Prohibited content and conduct
VNorme.life and APPS.kz Company LLP prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, sexual extortion, child sex trafficking and promoting these acts. The prohibition covers real and generated images, video, audio, text, profiles, private and group chats, posts, programs, challenges, files and links, regardless of the app's declared target audience.
How to report a concern
In the app, open Profile → Child safety → Submit report. Describe the concern and identify the account, program, chat, message date or link so a moderator can locate it. Evidence files are not required. Do not upload, download or forward CSAM to report it. Profile reporting and user blocking are also available. To report a specific message, open its menu → Report; for day material, tap Report below the block and select Child safety. Without app access, email ap@apps.kz with the subject ‘VNorme.life: child safety’. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Response and reporting to authorities
Reports are saved in the moderation queue and administrators are notified. Responsible staff prioritize child safety reports without undue delay; the internal deadline for initial review is 24 hours. When CSAM is confirmed, we disable access, remove it from the service and take action on the account. Evidence required for lawful investigation is isolated with restricted access and is not distributed to users. We comply with applicable child safety requirements and report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority according to jurisdiction and law. Responsible staff record decisions and referrals; a report alone is not proof of a violation.
